1. WHO WE ARE
FaceFreakss is the trade name under which Ricardo Tarrida Fernández sells his products at frosstguard.store. The owner's full details are in the Legal notice.

2. ACCEPTANCE
By buying at frosstguard.store you accept these terms. You must be over 18 to place an order.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
- Prices are shown in euros.
- Photos show the product as faithfully as possible; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
- Offers and discounts are valid while they are published on the website.
- If we detect an obvious pricing error, we will let you know before processing the order and you may cancel it at no cost.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
The order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. Payment is processed securely through external payment providers; we do not store your card details.

5. SHIPPING
Governed by our Shipping policy: free shipping, 1 to 3 business days of processing and 4 to 8 business days for delivery.

6. RETURNS AND GUARANTEE
Governed by our Refund policy: a 90-day satisfaction guarantee, in addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 3-year legal guarantee.

7. USE OF THE WEBSITE
Using the website for fraudulent purposes or copying its content without authorisation is not permitted.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The texts, logo and design of the store belong to FaceFreakss or are used under licence.

9. LIABILITY
We are liable for the conformity of the products in accordance with consumer law. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product.

10. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
